Cost-Plus Bulk Pricing
- A variety of items regularly such as light bulbs, door locksets, chip keys, hardware, cleaning products, paint, etc. can be priced in bulk.
No-Charge Special Orders
- We stock thousands of individual items in our store, but there are also more than 65,000 items available for special order from the Ace warehouse at no extra charge.
- Special orders usually arrive at our store within a couple of days.
Hassle-Free Tax-Exempt Purchasing
- If you are a tax-exempt government or charity, or if you purchase items for resale, we can make your non-taxable purchases a breeze.
Corporate Credit Card Integration
- Corporate purchasing cards or credit cards may be placed securely on file with us so purchases can be made using the card by your authorized list of purchasers.
Authorized List of Purchasers
- Our point-of-sale system will ensure that only your authorized employees can use your account.
- If purchase order numbers are required, these can be made mandatory at check-out.
Invoices and Monthly Statements
- Invoices can be e-mailed immediately after each purchase.
- Monthly statements are e-mailed or mailed with a summary of your purchases as well as duplicate invoices for all purchases made.
- Statements and invoices can be accessed online.
*Power tools, power equipment, small electrical appliances, and certain other commodities may be excluded from the everyday discount program. Bulk discounts may still apply. Purchase volume is evaluated annually. Accounts with at least 6 months of purchase history will qualify for discounts based on annualized purchase estimates. Ace Rewards members do not earn rewards for discounted commercial purchases. Charge account payments must be received by statement due dates. Discounts will be reinstated if late payment is received within 60 days of the statement due date. Tax-exempt purchases require appropriate documentation to be on-file with our business office. Minimum purchases may apply to free delivery.
